Description
Ub-AMC (UbiQ-001) is a quenched, fluorescent substrate for ubiquitin proteases. Cleavage of the amide bond between the C-terminal glycine of ubiquitin and 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) results in an increase in AMC fluorescence at 460 nm (Exc. 380 nm).
