Description
UbiQ-080 is a class II fluorescence polarization HTS reagent based on the cullin-1 (711-730) polypeptide. The peptide is modified on the N-terminus with a 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine and mononeddylated at K720 via a native isopeptide bond. It can be used as a substrate for Nedd8 proteases.
