custom ubiquitin reagents
We offer a tailored and chemical approach to producing specific ubiquitinated conjugates. This allows researchers to design reagents that are not readily available by traditional (biological) methods. Custom ubiquitin synthesis can be used to develop specific probes to study the (de)ubiquitination process. This is important to gain insight into enzyme-substrate interactions that are critical for function and thus for developing targeted therapies. Finally, besides their application as advanced assay reagents (for high-throughput screening), ubiquitin conjugates are also of great value for antibody development.
