Description

UbiQ-043 (Ub-Ub(1-14)-FP K6 linked) is a class II fluorescence polarization assay reagent based on the peptide sequence 1 – 14 of ubiquitin. The peptide is modified on the N-terminus with a 5-carboxytetramethylrhodamine and conjugated at Lys6 to Ub via a native isopeptide bond.
